Shipping Policy

Shipping Carriers

Depending on your order The Pleasure of Leiusre delivers most orders via courier service DPD or DHL.

International customers including UK customers please be aware that your country may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Please note that this could involve some delay of the consignment, as the goods are retained by the customs. From this point, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and pay for the added additional costs. The Pleasure of Leisure is under no responsibility to accept a return, nor issue a refund, where the customer has declined to pay these fees.

Shipments that are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to The Pleasure of Leisure, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.


Delivery Times

**Festive Cut-Off Dates**

To receive in time for Christmas, please place your order by 13 December 2024.

 

Approximate shipping times:

  • Netherlands and Belgium –– 1-2 business day after shipping
  • Rest of Europe –– 2-4 business days after shipping
  • U.S.A and Canada –– 4-6 business days after shipping
  • Asia and Pacific –– 4-6 business days after shipping
  • Rest of World –– 4-6 business days after shipping

 

Orders will be shipped within 2 business days and may be delayed if full contact details are not filled in at checkout. Please ensure you add in a contact number for tracking purposes.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping is automatically calculated by weight at checkout. Depending on your location or when ordering multiple products, your package may be heavier and bigger, and which impacts final shipping rates.


Wrong Shipping Address

If you have filled in an incorrect shipping address on your order, please contact us ASAP at info@thepleasureofleisure.com 

Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address. We advise you to reach out to the shipping courier of your parcel directly as they may be able to redirect your parcel.
Orders returned due to an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of stolen packages.


Order Tracking

Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email from The Pleasure of Leisure with tracking information. Please check your emails spam folder when you haven't received the confirmation email.

Order Not Delivered

In the event that your order is not delivered, missing, or lost, please reach out to our customer care at info@thepleasureofleisure.com If the tracking information states the order has been delivered, please request proof of delivery with photo evidence. Please then forward us all correspondence you have had with the courier so that we can investigate on our end. Once the package has been concluded as lost by the courier, we can issue you a replacement, store credit, or refund.
