Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Pleasure of Leisure and will gladly accept returns on all full-price items excluding The Pleasure of Leisure Book, Digital Travel Guides, and Gift Cards.

Please ensure your products are in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached. If goods are used, worn, damaged, or incomplete we have the right to refuse returned items. The product refund will take place after receipt and inspection within 14 working days from the day your returns package arrives in our warehouse.

Books and digital travel guides are final sale and cannot be returned for refund, exchange, or credit.

The costs and responsibility of the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer (unless the shipment is a faulty item). Please make sure your order details (order number, name, address) are included in your return parcel and are shipped with a track & trace number since we can not refund lost parcels.
