Depending on your order The Pleasure of Leiusre delivers most orders via courier service DPD or DHL.
International customers including UK customers please be aware that your country may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Please note that this could involve some delay of the consignment, as the goods are retained by the customs. From this point, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and pay for the added additional costs. The Pleasure of Leisure is under no responsibility to accept a return, nor issue a refund, where the customer has declined to pay these fees.
Shipments that are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to The Pleasure of Leisure, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.

Shipping is automatically calculated by weight at checkout. Depending on your location or when ordering multiple products, your package may be heavier and bigger, and which impacts final shipping rates.

Orders returned due to an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of stolen packages.

In the event that your order is not delivered, missing, or lost, please reach out to our customer care at info@thepleasureofleisure.com If the tracking information states the order has been delivered, please request proof of delivery with photo evidence. Please then forward us all correspondence you have had with the courier so that we can investigate on our end. Once the package has been concluded as lost by the courier, we can issue you a replacement, store credit, or refund.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Pleasure of Leisure and will gladly accept returns on full price items of T-shirts, Caps and Tote Bags within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

Please ensure your products are in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached. If goods are used, worn, damaged, or incomplete we have the right to refuse returned items. The product refund will take place after receipt and inspection within 14 working days from the day your returns package arrives in our warehouse.

Books and digital travel guides are final sale and cannot be returned for refund, exchange or credit.

The costs and responsibility of the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer (unless the shipment is a faulty item). Please make sure your order details (order number, name, address) are included in your return parcel and are shipped with a track & trace number since we can not refund lost parcels.

If a faulty item is received, please contact us on info@thepleasureofleisure.com with your order number and photos of fault. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a repair or replacement will be issued. A refund will be issued if we cannot repair or replace the item.

Return postage of items with manufacturing faults will be covered by The Pleasure of Leisure.

Gift cards will be sent to your email address or your lucky lover of leisure, or print out and gift in person. Valid exclusively on thepleasureofleisure.com on all available products, the discount code can be added during checkout. Gift cards can not be used on products from collaborations sold outside of thepleasureofleisure.com

Gift cards have no expiration date and can not be returned or redeemed for cash. Gift card sales are final.

If you purchased any items using a gift certificate but return this item, the refund will be credited back to the gift card of the full value of the item minus shipping.

• T-Shirts: Follow the instructions on the garment. Wash similar colours together at 30 degrees, no dry-clean, no bleaching, no tumble-dry, no ironing on print, wash, and iron inside out.
